Nearby is the historic Holkham Hall and its fabulous long sandy beach, the seaside towns of Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney where you can catch a boat to go and see the seals, Sheringham where you can catch an old-fashioned steam train, The Broads where you can hop aboard a boat, or superb shopping in the historic city of Norwich or at nearby Wroxham Barns. Norwich, the capital city of Norfolk, also has many interesting museums, theatres, galleries and restaurants, including a fine medieval cathedral and Norman castle.
Whatever your tastes, Cromer and Norfolk have something for everyone.
